But The Closing Collective has grown quite a bit since we started, so we figured it was time for a proper reintroduction.

We’re The Closing Collective Team at All City Real Estate, and we believe real estate can be done differently—for our clients AND our agents.

Plot Twist: We Never Planned on Building a Big Team

We didn’t set out to build a big team.

We set out to build the kind of real estate team we felt was missing—one where agents had actual support, hands-on mentorship, accessible leadership and room to build a business that still felt like their own.

No throwing someone into real estate and hoping they figure it out.

We wanted agents to have people in their corner while they learned, grew and eventually became the person someone else could learn from.

Because “Good Luck, Girl” Is Not a Training Program

Our mission has always been bigger than closing more transactions.

We want our agents to grow.

That means one-on-one mentorship, real transaction experience, listing appointments, co-listing opportunities, training, collaboration and leadership that shows up when things get complicated.

Our tiered structure—The Collective Climb, Glow Up and Your Closing Era—was built around that same mission.

As you grow, so should your business AND your compensation.

And Then This Thing Kinda Took Off

And this might be our favorite part of the story:

We didn’t have to chase the growth.

Agents saw what we were building and wanted to be part of it.

Today, The Closing Collective has grown into a team of women with different personalities, strengths and goals, supported by mentors and a leadership team committed to helping them win.

And in 2026 alone, we’ve already helped 40+ families and closed more than $12 million in real estate.

Not bad for something that started with a simple idea.

Okay, But This Is Really About YOU.
